As it goes, good ethics and compliance to regulations and procedures is essential in all organizations, and more so in hospitals and health care organizations, as they deal directly with human lives. When someone's life is on the line, even one small mistake can cost you everything. Therefore, it is very important that all hospital employees are given good ethical practices and compliance training.
